20 Minute Cardio Circuit

It's going to be another busy day around here. Verizon was coming bright and early this morning to change over our Internet, so I didn't have much time to squeeze in a workout. I debated skipping it altogether, but knew I'd feel better if I got my blood pumping at least a little bit before I started the day, so I threw together a quick 20-minute cardio circuit. Hey, 20 minutes is better than nothing, right?

Breakfast was nothing special, but it did the trick. I polished off the last of our whole wheat English muffins, topped with PB2 and a drizzle of honey. On the side I had an orange. Quick and easy!


And thankfully I remedied our "no coffee creamer" situation with a quick trip to the grocery store last night. Relief!
